Please click below to register for the 2026 Levitt Music Series Learning Conference, which will also allow you to request your hotel reservation at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel—see below for more information.

The Levitt Family Foundation will host up to 3 representatives from each grantee community who will play a key role in your Levitt Music Series. At least one person from the primary and/or partner organization is required to attend, though we highly recommend at least two representatives be present.

Covered costs for each grantee attendee include a two-night hotel stay, paid directly by the Foundation, and a reimbursement of up to $800 for additional travel expenses. HOTEL INFO

The Levitt Family Foundation will book hotel reservations directly with the Omni Hotel for all Conference registrants for the nights of Sunday, February 1 and Monday, February 2. After your hotel room has been reserved, you will receive a confirmation email directly from the Omni Hotel, generally within 2 weeks after registering for the Conference.

Upon receiving your confirmation email, you can contact our Omni Hotel representative David Bautista directly to modify your stay or add additional nights, if you would like to extend your stay in Los Angeles at your own expense. His contact information is 213-356-4045; David.Bautista@omnihotels.com. Our group rate of $215/night + tax is valid 3 days before and 3 days after the Conference dates.

The Levitt Family Foundation will cover up to 2 nights of hotel for up to 3 individuals per grantee organization on the Conference dates noted above. The Foundation will cover room and tax only; individuals are responsible for all incidentals and any other dates booked. Additional dates and rooms booked for individuals beyond the room nights covered by the Foundation will need to be secured with a credit card, which can be provided to the hotel following receipt of your confirmation email from the Omni.

The Omni Hotel, located atop Bunker Hill in Downtown Los Angeles, will be our home base for all Conference sessions and accommodations. Opened in 1992 as part of the California Plaza complex, this stylish hotel played a key role in the revitalization of Downtown LA. Nearby arts and culture venues add vibrancy to this area, including the Music Center of Los Angeles, the Museum of Contemporary Art, The Broad, Walt Disney Concert Hall, and Grand Central Market. 

 

 

GETTING HERE

For your convenience, we recommend that you fly into either LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) or BUR (Hollywood Burbank Airport) when traveling to the 2026 Levitt Music Series Learning Conference.

LAX to Omni Los Angeles Hotel:
Approx. 17-23 miles (depending on route)
45–90 minutes to/from hotel (depending on traffic)

BUR to Omni Los Angeles Hotel:
Approx. 16-19 miles (depending on route)
30–75 minutes to/from hotel (depending on traffic) 

 

All Conference sessions and events will take place at the Omni Los Angeles Hotel, unless otherwise noted.
