FORT SMITH, AR

The Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series, presented by 64.6 Downtown, is breathing new life into an underused outdoor amphitheater in the heart of this former frontier town.

Since 2020, the Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series has sparked a renewed interest in the city’s scenic Riverfront Amphitheater on the shores of the historic Arkansas River. Presented by 64.6 Downtown, the Levitt AMP Fort Smith Music Series is creating a place for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together and advance the community-driven effort to create a thriving and diverse economy for the city with a population of just over 88K residents. New storefronts, art and businesses are entering the city’s landscape, creating a newfound energy. The 2023 series continues to use free, live music as a vehicle to strengthen the social and economic fabric of this former manufacturing hub, while bringing attention to a beautiful, underused public space.

Presented by 64.6 Downtown, a nonprofit committed to revitalizing Downtown Fort Smith through the creation of vibrant spaces and innovative programming, in partnership with Annidalesound, Sol Studios and Nick Gibson & Michael Nixon.
