Shreveport, LA
Located in the heart of downtown’s Shreveport Common district, Caddo Common Park Performance Pavilion has quickly become a gathering place for free festivals, concerts, spoken word, and public art events—hosting more than 80 programs since opening in 2022. The Levitt AMP Shreveport Music Series builds on this momentum by providing consistency and identity to the Pavilion’s musical programming. Serving a 100-mile radius across Louisiana, East Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas—an area known as the ART-La-Tex—the series expands access to high-quality live music for Shreveport’s population of roughly 180,000 and the broader region.
Curated through community engagement, the series features diverse local, regional, and national artists whose performances reflect the cultural breadth of Northwest Louisiana. Free admission ensures that audiences from every neighborhood gather side by side—supporters, sponsors, longtime residents, and neighbors living within Shreveport Common itself.
Presented by Shreveport Regional Arts Council, the designated arts partner of the City of Shreveport and State of Louisiana, dedicated to expanding arts access across Northwest Louisiana while leading the creative placemaking transformation of downtown’s Shreveport Common district. Produced in partnership with Shreveport Common, Inc.
