Twentynine Palms, CA

The Levitt AMP Twentynine Palms Music Series, presented by Basin Wide Foundation, brings free, live music to Freedom Plaza, creating an inclusive gathering place that celebrates community connection in California’s Morongo Basin at the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park.

Located in the high desert of Southern California, Twentynine Palms is home to a diverse community of roughly 26,000 residents whose varied backgrounds shape the city’s distinct identity. The Levitt AMP Twentynine Palms Music Series builds on this richness by activating Freedom Plaza with free, family-friendly concerts that invite residents and visitors of all ages and backgrounds to come together through shared musical experiences.

Constructed in 2022 and envisioned as a civic hub in the heart of Twentynine Palms, Freedom Plaza provides an ideal setting for connection through music. Through local partnerships, the series reflects the full cross section of the community—creating space for joy, representation, and belonging. As music brings the desert to life, Levitt AMP Twentynine Palms is reinforcing Freedom Plaza as a shared home for creativity, gathering, and community pride in Twentynine Palms.

Presented by Basin Wide Foundation, a nonprofit working to improve quality of life and economic vitality in the Morongo Basin, in partnership with the City of Twentynine Palms and the 29 Palms Music Series Committee.
