Miami, FL
Music is one of Miami’s most unifying threads—crossing languages, histories, and generations in this city of roughly 500,000 residents. The Levitt BLOC Miami Music Series reflects this identity through free concerts presented across five distinct sites along The Underline, a 10-mile linear park built along a former railway corridor. Once infrastructure that divided communities such as Overtown, West Grove, and Little Havana, this trail now serves as a continuous public pathway linking neighborhoods across Miami-Dade County.
Levitt concerts rotate among Inter Stage, Inter Grove Gallery, Underline Plaza, Rockridge Plaza, and Play Forest—each space rooted in its surrounding community. Accessible by transit, bike, and foot, the series pairs live performances with food vendors, local markets, art experiences, and nonprofit partnerships, creating layered, place-based gatherings. By connecting established and emerging sections of The Underline, Levitt BLOC Miami fosters cultural exchange across neighborhoods, elevates hyperlocal talent, and reinforces the park as a shared public corridor where Miami’s diversity is both visible and celebrated.
Presented by Friends of The Underline, connecting people to their environment and to each other through innovative urban trails and creative programming, creating a safe, healthy, equitable, and sustainable community.
