Toledo, OH

The Levitt BLOC Toledo Music Series, presented by ConnecToledo, connects downtown and central-city neighborhoods through free, live music, celebrating the cultures and creative voices that define this Northwest Ohio city.

A city of over 260,000 makers and creatives with deeply rooted neighborhood identities, Toledo’s downtown revitalization is transforming its riverfront and surrounding districts. The Levitt BLOC Toledo Music Series builds on this momentum by presenting free concerts across four public spaces: Promenade Park, Glass City Metropark, Junction Park, and Danny Thomas Park.

Guided by a Cultural Advisory Group composed of residents drawn from each host neighborhood, the series highlights local and regional artists from a diverse array of genres—spanning gospel, soul, Tejano, punk, hip hop, electronic, and more. In doing so, Levitt BLOC Toledo boosts civic pride, increases access to high-quality live music, and creates a visible pathway between neighborhood stages and the broader regional arts landscape—reinforcing public parks as vibrant spaces of belonging, connection, and possibility.

Presented by ConnecToledo, a nonprofit advancing downtown Toledo through public-private partnerships, year-round events and attractions, accessible investment opportunities, and connection to key development resources and expertise, in partnership with the City of Toledo and Metroparks Toledo.
