- Application Notifications – All applicants will be notified by email, no later than August 5, 2025, to confirm whether they are advancing to the public voting phase.
- Public Voting Period – Text to vote and online public voting will take place between September 5, 2025 and September 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM PT to determine the top finalists.
- Review Period – Top finalist applications reviewed to determine grant recipients.
- New Grantees Announced – Levitt Music Series Grant recipients will be announced on November 18, 2025.
