Following the announcement of the Foundation’s spend down, the scope of the Foundation’s grantmaking expands through the launch of two pilot grant programs: Levitt VIBE and Levitt BLOC Music Series Grants. Piloted in Chicago, Oakland, and Indianapolis, Levitt VIBE brings the joy of free outdoor concerts to public spaces in major city neighborhoods where access to arts experiences may be limited. Levitt BLOC, piloted in Chattanooga, brings free music series to outdoor public spaces across multiple neighborhoods within a town or city.
