In this 60-minute session, Anne will lead discussions to assess your recent/current programming with a focus on understanding how effectively your artist lineup resonated with and reflected your community.

What shows were most successful this series and why? Is there a genre I did not represent this year, but would like to next year? How do I find the right acts for my audience AND budget?

This session will explore practical strategies for artist discovery that align with both artistic vision and budget constraints. We’ll consider how peer organizations select their artists, share tools for finding emerging and established talent, and explore how to approach the offer-making process during the early stages of curation.
