St. Louis, MO
The Delmar Main Street neighborhood has long stood as one of St. Louis’ most vibrant cultural corridors—shaped by a rich musical heritage, Black-owned businesses, and generations of creative entrepreneurship. In the wake of a devastating 2025 tornado and ongoing recovery efforts, the Levitt VIBE St. Louis Music Series is offering its roughly 270,000 residents a space for restoration and reconnection while shining a renewed spotlight on Delmar’s legacy of cultural vitality and resilience.
Hosted at Phillip Lucier Park, a pocket park at a central intersection along Delmar Boulevard, the series is activating an underused public space and creating a lively neighborhood destination for families, elders, youth, and visitors alike. Featuring local and regional artists across genres—including soul, jazz, blues, hip hop, funk, and indie—the concerts reflect the voices and character of the surrounding community. As audiences fill the park and explore nearby shops and restaurants, Levitt VIBE St. Louis is supporting neighborhood businesses, strengthening local pride, and highlighting how music and public space can help communities thrive.
Presented by Delmar Main Street Initiative, a Main Street nonprofit advancing sustainable economic development and historic preservation along St. Louis’ commercial corridor.
