SESSION DESCRIPTION
Led by Levitt Network Artist Booking & Routing Consultant Anne Sturm, this session outlined the life of a concert after it is booked and contracted, with a strong focus on the advancing process that ensures a successful live event with minimal to no surprises.
Participants gained a practical understanding of how to effectively advance a show and ensure all logistical details and artist production needs are communicated across teams. Attendees left with a clear framework for not only delivering a seamless event, but also capturing insights that strengthen future programming.
