This session will introduce a practical framework for situational awareness and predictive behavioral profiling, helping teams identify potential threats and recognize behaviors that are inconsistent with the environment.

Participants will learn techniques to effectively assess your surroundings and how to apply guest service-based risk mitigation, using early engagement and communication to address potential safety issues in a professional, non-confrontational manner. This session will equip on-the-ground teams to recognize, engage, and act—strengthening overall preparedness and their role as the first line of prevention.
